- Click "Delimit Stockpile" in the "Stockpile Tools" dropdown menu
- Draw a polygon around the stockpile or use Smart Select
- Stay as close to the edge of the stockpile as possible, but every point should be touching the ground
- If the stockpile is touching another stockpile or a structure, add floor points
